The participation fee includes the conference proceedings, welcome coffee, lunches, coffee breaks and the Gala dinner on 15 October.
The number of conference participants is limited to 150 people.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations should be made in writing. An administrative fee of € 100 will be charged for cancellation made before 14 September 2008.
There will be no refund if cancellations are requested after 14 September 2008, or in case of no-show.
Registration
Step 1: Fill in the Registration Form and return it to ETN office by email, fax or post: PDF or Word version.
Step 2: If you choose to pay with Bank Transfer, your registration will be confirmed once payment is received.
